Venus, the Goddess of love had an affair                     And out of this was born the Rose                     With a beauty and grace beyond compare                     And an eternal fragrance                     Envious of this child the other flowers                     Kept their distance altogether                     In a rage, Venus with all her powers                     Decreed that her child was to be Queen forever                     And made every bloom to bow and honor her daughter..                     By Royal comand the child of Venus was crowned Queen.                     On her head was placed a tiara of dew-drops and pearls                     Dressed in a gown of Royal Velvet green                                         She, daughter of a goddess..                     Reigned supreme with beauty, grace, and elogance                     Mary Gonzalez (c)2002 Written January 20th, 2002 © on Jan 20 2002 12:33 AM PST, Mary Aris   0 • 8
