Fireflies: God's Jewels
By trayseelynn
Sparkly beams dance jubliantly around me like fireflies, like Jewels of God's creation lighting the darkness around me Covering the world with tiny little candle lights The beauty that I behold infront of me makes me speechless Bottom to top they fly around me like little fairies Of awesome wonder my eyes beheld their magic The fireflies bring happiness to all living things around them Ocean; sea; river; so many of them surround me, engulfing the dark With each flicker of light from thier tiny little bodies makes me see that The spectacular wonderment God has made from the simplest creature Sunlight does not compair to these candles in the night Reflecting Off the dew gathered on rose pedals; entrancing Them in their own illumination Making the lighted beauties multiply Prisms; beams of light dance around me like spotlights Of wind and rain and snow they rule and command Rainbows of colors surround me; spectacular wonderful colors Galore. This is another SHEERY idea: read up and down and across... up and down reads: "sparkly jewels covering the bottom of the ocean with the sunlight reflecting off of them making prisms of rainbows galore" Written April 11th, 2002 © on Apr 10 2002 06:50 PM PST 0 • 13
