Flame
By Treas
I gaze at the flame Wondering, to tame Will it burn. . The questions I yearn It's bright shiny glow In the night it shows Anywhere to see The orange to be Burning my constructions Rebuilding my destructions The fire goes furthermore While lies wash off shore The lies buried deep below But the fire burns on It only to show The lies left, only to ash Fire burning still, How long will it last When the lies are gone Will the fire move on Is the flame dying slowly Is the hottness turning coldly Is it my breath I see in the air Is it imagination Nothing, to be aware I gaze at the flame Only to stare But, it's burning me The only way to stop Is for I, to set me free But it's so amazing My life is it's changing Can I look a bit longer . .Will this flame. . Make me stronger? Written February 28th, 2002 © on Feb 28 2002 01:55 PM PST 18 • 0 • 12
