Tonight.
By Treas
Tonight I went out to my special spot It's beautiful, I go there a lot And too, beautiful it was tonight The temperature, it was just right Not hot, nor cold, warm With a light breeze Rustling through the bare, winter trees. I layed down, on the ground It was loud, with out a sound. Just crickets and birds To describe it, there's not enough words And, amazed I was, by the sky It was so enchanting it made me cry. Pink, purple, blue, and red Painted on the sky, All my emotions clearly said My eyes glued to it Questions arose. .all were "why" A warm breeze hit my face It had a. .warm, bitter taste Serenity can make you feel so weird I sought out things, that I've feared Just being in a place like that You learn a lot about yourself Quietly I sat, To listen to the things That I never hear Listening to the things I love The things I fear Being so happy, I can't help but shed a tear.just got that out of tonight Written February 12th, 2002 © on Feb 12 2002 10:31 AM PST 18 • 0 • 12
