This tear is not an ordinary one It doesn't sparkle in the sun It's not clear, like the rest It's red, Perfectly attest Why it's red I do not know Maybe for all my pain to show And you know the oddest thing of all, It's not a sphere or a ball It's a square Only one, it's solitare It doesn't run down my cheek It just sits there And makes me think Why is this one different from the rest Is it because I'm crying for you And our love, of all, was the best? Suddenly, this tear fell to the ground Passionatly bursting, with no sound. I walked away, pain in my eyes, That's the first tear I was unable to disguise.
