A World Without a Home

By Tyre

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Passion swells deep into the heart of a man Whose solitude punishes his every move With dreams unfulfilled and fears from finding That no one is willing to hold his head Lost in the fields of rivers left crying He host the hopes of their haunted dreams His wisdom calms their fears running over Only to find that they will wander away Left alone he writes his enchanted dreams Ever seeking yet never finding his world Where his passion is granted by his love United with two worlds becoming one Oh passionate soul, your dreams are at rest In solitude your life is doomed to become Emptied by the lack of a willing soul Whose love is aimed forever at another Fear not for the emptiness in your life As many have benefited from what you've taught And continue to give without gaining in return Alone in the remains of a world without a home Written September 18th, 2001 © on Sep 18 2001 06:31 AM PST   0 • 10
