Baby
By UTTubby
I feel just like a baby bird jilted from it's nest. Just because I lack feathers to fly I'm filtered from the best. Other birds chirp happily while being fed juicy worms. Me, I starve from "Mother Comfort" because I've lost my home. Now, I'm drained from energy from chirping little cries. Other birds spread their wings, thus certainly they will fly. If I could only climb that tree to get back to my nest. I'd be a stronger baby bird flying high above the rest. Written October 16th, 2001 © on Oct 16 2001 06:14 AM PST 18 • 0 • 10
