The Little Boy Who Died

By UTTubby

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Seems like yesterday, I see nakedness...forced on a dark floor staring wide-eyed into a comic book of women. Flesh appears before my eyes but, feeling pains are built inside, unknowing what was right or wrong at the age of six or seven. Seems so unkind but I was forced to feel him. He'd struggle, keeping me down telling me it was the norm, knowing that little boy cried inside, but never showing any fear he'd hide, and I think that little boy died inside of me...until now it's too late, I'm crying.
