I Want You

By UTTubby

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

I want to be with you on the sand near the whitest of foam In the valley amongst the tallest of trees we'll carve love on the purest of stone, On the highest of mountains to thrust where the trees simply do not grow, I want to share tenderness with you, should it rain, hail, sleet, or snow, We'll dine like a queen and king, hosting a hearty feast, But near a rustic cottage by the river we'll lay just you and me, We'll feel the tall green grass, layed beneath our skin, Spread out like the sunshine on the mountain felt our love blowing in the wind, I want you in the forest to bask in the afterglow, And feel the sweat dripping from our bodies even if the sun doesn't show, I want you until forever till the clock has spun its last spin, And if we should finish making love at best, We'll do it all over again.
