Love with Children
By UTTubby
Beside the fireplace hung with stockings A roaring blaze and a cup of coffee, Wood is piled in its unique blend as smoke puffs in the night air again, A Mistletoe is hung over the door with care while children lay tucked beneath the cover, A Grand Father chimes at least a twelfth time as echoes and warmth draw romance nearby, The stars twinkle in the chill of night as the moon bids good-night to the chill, And heavenly bells are heard and seen They both entwine with loves old gleam, And so the night wears well with jingles Not candy or flowers mingle with the bells, But the sweetest of dreams smell so sweet Together alone while their two hearts beat.
