Today my heart fell apart again, Just like it does every time we are forced to say goodbye I hope you miss me while you’re away because I long for you so much Our hearts will never melt in that romantic way because of all the time we spent in Diapers together fighting over who gets the last Jell-O cup, That's ok I just hate it when we are both made to go our separate ways Wish there were someway we could be close again instead of 7states apart I guess that's the price you pay for someone else's happiness But hopefully I’ll see you next year, And even though are lips didn’t meet at midnight, are arms did, and We fell to the ground in a stupor of bliss I love you so much,and even if we never tie the knot That's ok, because We played tug-o-war as kids Please just feel the same because Life has already broken my heart Written January 1st, 2002 © on Jan 31 2002 01:46 AM PST 18 • 0 • 12
