The Dragon of Crystal Lake
By ValTiger14
The Dragon of Crystal Lake Through willows swaying in the breeze Splashing through rivers beneath trees Runs the dragon of Crystal Lake During the night he does awake A curse of torture on him stays Never he sees the sunshine rays The spell on him torture and hate The evil sorcerer knows his fate This dragon’s soul may be rotten But his heart has not forgotten All of the love that dwells beneath Through the torrents of pouring rain Running wildly she screams in pain This white rose is adorned in blood Her streaming hair beneath her hood A strewn wreath of rain and tangles A breath of fire this dragon gives But standing still the lady lives The dragon then stops for her sake And both walk off to Crystal Lake Written April 9th, 2002 © on Apr 09 2002 10:50 AM PST 10 • 0
