City of Darkness

Down in the city of a dark town. I see nothing and hear not a sound. From a far distance I see a shadow of the earth like the moon is siting down. Far away, I see a child holding a crown of red drawing a dark gray and black sky. She turns her head and looks at me, her eyes are black with red specks, She says I will hunt you down. I run, And see no light. And nothing to save me from the choice I have made. I see no one to save my soul, And take me to a better place. Suddenly fog fills the air, I can't find my way anywhere things so dark, and almost like smoke, I put my hands out in front of me And hope my feet lead me, to a safe place not knowing what's beneath me. So abruptly I run in to a door, Its golden and beautiful with a red carpet leaning to it. white clouds, surrounding me, And a man with wings reaches out and takes my hand.
