Don't Fall Asleep

Before you sleep think of me. Keep me in your mind and in your memory. Think of my soft kiss, before you sleep. In your dreams you'll see my face, You will once again feel my embrace. Please understand that if you close your eyes, they will not open again, and I will no longer feel your hands. I was given a vision of time, in the future, you were not mine. you were long gone. you died along with a thousand songs. Still you do not see through my eyes, or understand these visional ties, But they are true and there about you. I understand how unfortunate it is for you. I love you dearly, I will keep you awake. We will make love all night, Please don't close your eyes, don't hang on to me to tight Just keep your eyes opened and don't run to the light. By tomorrow ill find your body with a lagging soul. Far from your lifeless body will lie your heart of gold. Look in my eyes, Don't think of how it will be once you die. Lock your eyes on me, think of my inner beauty.
