Faint Ghost

Behind my empty faint smile there is a frown. My inside world turned upside down. Tears on my pillow remind me Of the pain I beg for the pain to be relieved, But suddenly it causes me blame. When I reached out for his hand he pulled it away I was left on the bridge on that cold rainy day. He was lonely Just like me. He never noticed I was the only one he could see. I was the person he wanted to be. Inside the flames burned wild blossoms turned sour at the midnight hour. All the trees fell to their graves, and rotted to the core. I felt like I had been destroyed Every time I thought I was getting strength I was getting weak every time I could speak, he would never listen. Hes the only one I dreamed of kissing Peace never came, And love settled in. I had lost my heart and my soul to the power of his winds, He never knew what he was created for I had the power to show him that, and more. I was his fate, his destiny but he was a ghost full of dust rightfully. Angels and Ghosts can never be. Still everything so faint to me.
