Good Things Happen
By VampireGirl
In the moment of history things happen so suddenly an interesting thing came to me a happy memory, something I've never had before something I thought I could live with out. Something stepped in while I felt stepped out. Joy was in my heart I thought things would go wrong I thought when things were perfect things couldn't last long. I was happy in this place I was at I was excited to see that something might happen that meant something to me It was a beautiful moment with out gloom or misery. My eyes started to light up like the moon. My mouth had the right words to say It was only an hour left till day. I climbed back in to my coffin and went to sleep And in front of me, for the last time in my chest I felt my heart beat. My face began to smile even if it was only for a little while. I was only two years old when I died All these years I learned to hide. But it was different now somehow I learned, to live while being dead. No more drowsy feelings in my head. I sometimes feel warmth on my skin. And right this moment everything is settling in, Good things will happen from now on. Written December 18th, 2001 © on Dec 18 2001 10:13 AM PST, Shelly 0 • 10
