Not Coming Back
By VampireGirl
Lying on the hospital bed they believe I'm out. they gave me at least six different kinds of drugs, I cannot recall a single one. They are looking for the problems with my heart but they cannot find the source. They look with a magnified glass, They see nothing, I'm awake, and I'm looking at my body I know what's wrong with me, But this time I don't think ill wake up. This time I think my souls been set free. I see the doctor searching, looking, calling to the nurse telling them to give me another 20% dose. My eyes flickering, they think I won't wake up, they are right. Ill sleep, But once they try and wake me, from this dream I'm not coming back, I see everyone from the glass window staring in at me, my father crying, my dead mother, standing next to him she's looking in smiling. My two sisters wondering what's going on, everyone knows something's wrong. I'm not coming out of surgery this time, its all over my souls no longer mine.
