The Perfect Love

We met in the pouring rain. We had fun and games, you fell in to the mud, and pulled me down with you just then we kissed. You decided to walk me home, sure enough I lived 8 miles away you said that's not far ill walk anyway. I laughed, and we began to walk. The sky switched from rain to snow and ice was guiding our feet so we couldn't let go, of each other. I leaned my head on your shoulder, while you held me close. We walked through the breeze through the forest under the trees seems like something tragic always happened like we weren't meant to be Boy did we prove fate wrong. I tripped over a branch and landed on you, Ice was caught under your feet so you fell to. We laughed you winked and you made sure I was okay we got back on our feet and once again on our way. The sun went down, and the moon came up we had only made it three miles. I said I was tired and sat down on a log and smiled. You were trying to warm me up, and suddenly so abrupt the log broke apart, you grabbed my arms before I fell back and helped me up. We were finally only 2 miles away from my house It seemed like we were walking for days But each moment we spent it together among the perfect trace of love. We walked roads that would last for ever we talked, and rambled about stupid things that didn't matter. We tickled each other, so much and laughed and giggled till there was nothing left. Your hands were cold, and stuck to mine, I thought we were running out of time. I whispered in your ear do not fear I am here. Your eyes sparkled from the snow and your face was pale. You kissed me on my lips, and our lips got stuck together, we couldn't pull them apart, so we walked together, Lip to lip for hours, About then, We made it back to my house you came in, and we got our lips apart. I pulled you to the bedroom, and started taking your clothes off But you were to tired to do anything else. But we knew that no matter what we would wake up next to each other and look fate in the eye and say true love can never die. Nothing could break us apart I owned your love, and you owned my heart. *The Perfect Love* Written December 11th, 2001 © on Dec 11 2001 01:29 PM PST, Shelly   0 • 8
