The Touch, The Feel, (This Moment)
By VampireGirl
The feeling of a cold moment turning warm. How everything stops, And the sun comes out to play. How winter slowly drifts away. Spring time is my time of the day. I love the way, The sunshine's down on my face And the music from the trees, And the soft slow breeze, pushing against my skin that I feel. its the touch I wouldn't give for anything. Its worth a million lonely nights Its worth being cuddled up alone Its worth hanging up the telephone or getting over you. I would rather Just sit on my front porch and watch the stars. I would love to find planets with my telescope places like mars. I want to walk on the moist grass with my feet, And not worry about a thing, I want to whisper, to the wind and get an answer to your shame. And hope that nothing could ever take away a beautiful moment like this. for I know there will always be another, But this year it will be even harder to let go.
