Rose of Sharon

(Into the great unkown alone) Hear the whispy falling snow In their icey gowns enclosed Into the great unknown alone The secret its silence tolls Of The God who is but isn't Living silent within your mind Words are a living person devine Sleeping awakening within your mind The key that gives life meaning 'You won the billion dollar lottery' 'She loves you her words define' Words are a living person devine Sleeping to awaken within your mind Flowing rivers of golden rhyme Pure and clear as angel dreams A mystery defying space and time Hear the song the singing proclaims Like warm and cleansing gentle rain A rose so sweet a rose to keep Forever locked in space and timeI feel the name of Jesus has been terribly maligned through profanity , so I try to write poems that put him in a good light using biblical metaphors. Happy New Year to all. Written January 2nd, 2002 © on Jan 02 2002 06:27 AM PST   0 • 12
