Journey Through the Inside(ticket home)
By WolfsWhisper
Slowly turning inside, Gazing deep within my soul. Searching endlessly inside myself, For the secrets that I hold. Swiftly moving through the brain, Stopping immediately as I reach my heart. Stone cold door a lock no key. "Secrets please come out to me". I beg a silent plea. Something glitters in my fingers, It is there that I head next. Close my eyes what a surprise, In my fingers is where it rests. Gliding over reach down deeper, Barely out of grasp. Brush it lightly just by a hair, It plumets down a crack. Slump down on my knees, Wonder if I'll ever get it back. Think silently to myself, "Is there another way to unlock heart of stone?", A way there must be, I sigh rather tensely. Key or none getting through that door, Is my only ticket home. Written January 9th, 2002 © on Jan 09 2002 03:34 PM PST, Allison Nolen 18 • 0 • 10
