Technology Bytes
By WolfsWhisper
Got a new computer, Brought it home today. Set it on my desk, Decided to play. Downloaded some of this, A little of that. It froze a few times so I gave it a tap. Little did I know, My computer would fight back. Little machine with a mind all its own. Took advantage of me and I started to growl. Thought about mallets, Pairs of steel toed boots. Maybe an elephant gun would do… We went at it for hours on end, I thought my computer would be my new friend. Well damn was I wrong. I downloaded music, It happily hummed along. Did all I could do to soothe the savage beast. It munched on its memory a tasty feast. I watched in terror as the bytes slowly decreased. What will happen when it is all gone? Will it still even run? Here’s a simple lesson for all who have home PC’s, Be careful with them, They’re impossible to please.A BIG BIG twist from my usual style. Hope ya'll enjoy it :D Written January 15th, 2002 © on Jan 15 2002 02:57 PM PST, Allison Nolen 10 • 0 • 14
