Love Never Loved Me Back

Love has destroyed my heart in such a way, That my days are spent sitting by the window, hurting inside all day. You have crumpled my heart, as a person would do, to but paper. You threw my heart away, as if it didn't matter. Carelessly, did you break my heart, Without giving me a care or a single thought. Can't you understand how much pain you have inflicted on me? Can't you understand? Can't you see clearly? Love must have you blind, to another human heart. Cupid must have struck you hard, and I can't bear to leave God's most masterfully accomplished art. Daily do I see your face, but you don't even look at mine, A smiling countenance goes towards you, and an absent one towards mine. Don't you know that I still care for you, with the very depths of my soul? Don't you ever notice me? How much I've longed for you so. Please, say that you care for me still, that you know I'm still alive. Please, say you even know I exist, tell me, so I won't sit here and cry. These are the feelings, I have for you my love, But unfortunately, they're not the same for as you have for me. But I'll always love you with all my heart, And, at least say that you will care for me. My mind knows you love someone else, But, my heart just doesn't quite see, That you're love was meant for someone else, It was never meant for me.
