My Love, Take my handand jump off this cliff of reality.It doesn't matter where we land,as long as we escape this brutality.Sinking into Society's deadly quicksand,we're losing our sense of morality.Drowning in Depression's ocean so grand,we're choosing to look into the face of fatality.Hanging on Life's last fraying strandwe're unsure of our mentality.And when we look into eachother's faceunlike them, we dont see disgrace.And we're just waiting until the daythat our doubts finally fade away.Together We will surviveAnd Beyond Them We will always Strive.. [10-4-00]I'm throwing some oldies in until I get my new ones finished,.. this is one of the few highly rhymed.. and highly hopeful poems that I have.
