Lifeless Bodies and Those That Aren't
By bdgrey
Lifelesss bodies with arid minds walk this world. They have little purpose in life, aside from carrying on meaningless strife. They visit the graveyards now their home, and dirty the water crushing their hope. Machines more like zombies they forever rome, in constant hysteria driven by self-promotion. Always in a hurry to get nowhere fast, constantly moving with glazed over eyes. Minds that were once full of worth, now remain blank as they walk the circle. They never stop to look at the beauty around, so walking, faith lost and memories bound, always with skulls facing the ground. I have decided to never take part, in this ability of forgetting all sorts of lost art. The beauty of insight lies in the face of renewal, and the opportunity of life yields great virtue. What memory provides cannot be taken for granted, and love is a gift that has no equal. So as the creatures with no face walk this world, I stand out and above all that's become so cliche. And that's where all future's lie, becoming much better as each day passes by. Written December 9th, 2001 © on Dec 08 2001 05:15 PM PST 17 • 0 • 12
