Never Forget

I love you more than I love myself. This statement is beyond any truth, with a promise from the depths of my soul. Though the problems we've had may be hard, my love for you shatters all boundries. Nineteen months later you still amaze me, with your beauty, mind and most of all, your heart. Please never forget me or my devotion, because it is forever, and forever's what I mean. I am so sorry for the sins I have done, for the lies I have said, and for the pain in your heart. I will spend each day in your arms, trying to repair, and bind ours together again. My eyes will no longer stray from yours, and my touch will be meant only for you. Through tough times one thing has always remained true, my undying love and my need for you. We can never forget each other's deceptions, but why not concentrate on all the good. We have Cibolo with tall, dark Cypress trees, under the moon and the stars each night. Don't forget about Wendy's, chicken nuggets for dinner, and behind the library where we spent nervous nights. Remember Sculpture class, for there we met, when I brought you Apple-O's, and that funny chocalate bunny. Don't forget about the nights we've slept together, or the countless moments I've spent holding you close. The end of my love, when I will no longer love you, can only be seen beyond the stars, and when birds cease to fly. I love you, and I need you. Never forget that.This poem I will give to my girlfriend tomorrow. We've had some rough times lately, and I just want her to know how bad I need her, and how much I love her.
