The Best Days of All

By BloodRedBlueEyes

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

The best days of all are the ones like today. It's as dark as night, though it's still day. Everyone wimpers and they run inside. I'm not a coward. I will not hide. I quietly watch, as the clouds roll by. The sun is gone, though still in the sky. The best days of all are cool, misty, and grey. The best days of all, are days like today.
