All The World's A Starfish
By Buzby
When all the world revolves dear And all of the stars shine bright; And every cloud fills with rain, And all of the days end in night When all the seas are wet dear, And all the deserts are sand; And every monkey’s an ape, And every musician, a band; When all the people grow old, And all the days are in gloom; When every Oak is a tree, And every flower’s in bloom; When all the lovers are dead, And all the songs have been sung; When every heart has been broke, And every salt tear has been wrung; This world will be your starfish, Oysters will offer you pearls; Go wherever you fancy, And have you your pick of the girls.
