Once Upon A Time
Once upon a time, a little girl lived by the sea.Her friends were unicorns and mermaids,And she'd always meet with them for tea.Her home was in a castle which was gorgeous and quite tall. Her windows had an ocean view, soShe hosted every single ball. She forever had enough to eat of only the finest foods,And never, ever stopped gorging herselfOn her favorite ice cream and macaroons. Her dresses were always gorgeous, her smile made her shine,She was absolutely beautiful,And eternally dressed to the nines. The gardens about her castle bloomed the whole year 'round. The flowers emitted a smell so sweetThe fragrance wafted throughout the town. She had a contagious giggle which would linger in the air.Her hair was a dark chestnut color,Her face with freckles over skin fair.Once upon a time, this little girl had lived life free. She was always happy, had no worries--And this little girl still thrives in me.This has been edited thanks to the suggestions of Morgan LeFay. :) I'm happy for your input--I hope you like the changes.
