Misguided

The light shines through the face of the clouds The blue is clear in your translucent eyes The showers cannot blind this heavenly embrace The tears cannot stain this crystallized face. Bear not the pain, close not the mind Teardrops are falling, leaving me blind But always I can draw from you, from love. If by chance your balloon is released from captivity Do not place blame upon fate or destiny Catching the bubble might cause it to break Bursting the bubble would be a fatal mistake For even the clouds are jealous of the chained Too free they are, traveling unordained. Trace the photograph outlined for the child Destiny searches for the meek and the mild Fill in the empty faces with a few forgotten phrases Duplicate and then proceed.
