daydreams clouds drifting overhead relaxing ‘neath the trees mind drifting to another place another time another day sitting here leaning against a log watching a lizard hearing, not listening tuning out the world the song of a bird drifts into my thoughts enhancing my reverie my daydreams i come here often just to feel to shut out the rest of the world and forget everything else ‘cept whatever comes into my head letting me drift from hither and yon to know only what I want to know like hearing the croak of a frog from the pond just over there thoughts of you slip into my mind thoughts so precious holding hands, whispering our lips barely touching then exploding into passionate kiss ahh, the daydreams I dream here ‘neath the trees with clouds drifting overhead the trees softly rustling their leaves as the breeze shifts and wakes me from my daydreams Dee Garner December 2, 2001Written December 2nd, 2001 © on Dec 02 2001 07:49 AM PST, Dee Garner   other
