Chestnut brown eyes stare at mein the mirror I can seetiny wrinkles around those eyesfrom the years that have gone bymemories flood me againyears of joy years of laughterI don't want to rememberToo much too little never enoughof a true love I cannot touchwhere is this journeys taken meto the deepest of the seaor the four corner of the earthstrength and love have been my girthI have given myself completely to the one who could not seewill not or cannot comprehendthat born from another landpart of my heart is still boundto the beauty to the soundof a childhood sweet memorystolen as I came to this countryas I look into the mirrorthey came crashing down my doorburied deep beneath those tearsthe little girl in coton sheers is waiting to be set freefrom the woman the mother, Me..
