Rolling from the mountains Sound and Color Sunlight looks strange at night God told me he was sorry But I was disappointed and relived He had no shoes Hadn't since Nam His offering plate a sweat stained hat He is ashamed of the pain So he lives in a dumpster A repentant Messiah Eating chicken bones I bought god shoes today and the Holiest of Holies Alpha and Omega Said thank you from behind the tears Written February 4th, 2002 © on Mar 17 2002 07:52 PM PST   18 • 0 • 10
