"Brothers Three"                       by Darmok                       9-1-01                       Oh come now see the glow,                       Over yonder, there below.                       These callused hands and tired knees,                       Below the branches of broken trees.                       Whittled away the spirit and breath,                       Drooping carraiges and carcus death.                       Snap these bones of sunbleached face,                       Dare walk alone this darkened space.                       The battle ground is littered and soaked,                       Drenched in blood the earth is choked.                       And tales of ole lay beneath,                       Another skirmish, a brother's wreath.                       Let this be said, pray tell I fall,                       And add my bones to the wall.                       Light one candle beneath that tree,                       Where I lay, my brother's three.
