Starlight, Star Bright... by Darmok 2/21/02 When the light from a distant star first begun, its journey end now set here a twinkle in my eye. I was neither here nor there, and now its done, this ray of light of journey's sight, long away from home. Perhaps died quietly beyond my sight, the depths of space consumed. And somewhere, elsewhere, another's night, a flegling star ignites. Into the streams across the way, I look there where darkness fell, And say farwell to ancient kites, await the twinkle of new night.
