Stolen Hearts by Darmok 12/28/01 Skeleton keys that unlock doors, to hidden treasures and ungodly horrors. Things kept close, in secret hid, secrets of love and hate, the id. Tis not a fault that you believe, in sheep’s clothing come the wolves. To feed and sleep they make their beds inside the hearts and minds of innocence fed. The ploy you see is your quality, the beauty of your soul. The essence of man, woe-man, taken from man’s side. Forever seeks his attention, his ear, to hearken and fully understand. That which is inside you and burns ever so bright is not the thing we see, the face in sight. ‘Tis your heart and being that wants to be, heard... for him to listen and see with his heart. Cruel men, that be what they are. Would they know this, hold this truth, use this advantage to crack the locks. Would take thee and ravage thee for pleasure and not for want or soul. Silver tongues licking the flames, stealing hearts of gold.I woke up this morning and it was truly my first thought Either I drempt of secrets and doors, begiling theives....evil deeds and cruel seeds planted in seduced whispers. I sought to write, no, warn, to chasten your hearts, for stumbling fools could gain your trust, with invitation make a wreck of thee. Virginity lays not only in your thighs, respectfully I submit, your hearts are uncharted seas and all who pass should pay respect, and drop their masks silver tounges unto the sea be quenched.
