Tick................................................................................tock.....?

Ponder this. What size is the universal arc swing of eternity's pendulum, the eternal tick...................a billion years later tock? We are so full of ourselves, our own microcosm of the universe. Eons stretching beyond, past present future. Who is to say we are running in beat with every 'one' else?Take your next breath and build your castles in the sand, the universe will not even blink. Thanks a shout to sheshe143 for giving me pause to think about this one. http://allpoetry.com/get.cgi?id=1396&l=s Written November 28th, 2001 © on Nov 28 2001 11:27 AM PST, Darmok    0 • 13
