You and I

By dawnhall

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

You and I You and I were meant to meet; God really knows why; His plan is hard to beat I am not going to try. When I  review my life I know I am not alone I give God all of my strife He will guide me home. As I share my insides with you To the surface comes the pain. I put my life on review I ask you to do the same. You see until we share; Ourself, we hide away; How can we ever care, If in life we only play. I am glad you are my friend I love you unconditionally We can speak out no matter when And God will set us FREE. Praise the Lord!
