Invisible

By DayDreamer

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Someone once asked me what it was like being invisible. This is what I said... Sometimes being invisible is tough. Of course no one can see you. Sometimes, it seems people walk right through me. As I look around, I see so many familiar faces. Is my face familiar? Have people seen my face? No. They look right past it. Being invisible means that everything in you... On you... And through you... Is invisible too. My tears are invisible. Nobody sees my tears. My cries are invisible. Nobody hears my cries. Then I asked that someone a question. If I'm invisible, how can you see me? How can you talk to me? That someone replied... I'm invisible too... If I'm invisible, how can you see me?If you can't tell, I was kinda depressed when I wrote this... Written October 10th, 2001 © on Oct 23 2001 08:48 AM PST, Brandon   0 • 1
