Pickering To journal is to record Things in which your not accord Or is it a welcome chord You strum upon as the lord Or the keeper of your ward Wards are things we keep track of Which are sent from up above? Things in which we are in love And these things can take the shove But from those who care to do All the things wanted by who? It can capture thoughts by you Of desires you want to woo It’s better used for accords Which you’re inline and aboard The train of life or the hoard It does count just get aboard The journal is welcome here And it’s welcome with your beer It’ll take more than just a jeer Because it is most sincere For most all practitioners Of the art of journaling Those who attempt to record Do gain things that they adore Written July 4th, 2001 © on Nov 14 2001 05:21 PM PST, Dennis Pickering   17 • 0 • 10
