The Gate

Read SWEET SPICE first © 12/10/2001 Dennis L. Pickering Where is this gate of which I speak? It is not placed upon your beak But it is something you can tweak And won’t make you feel at all bleak. To open it you must but do Just activate these glands that you Possess within that brain of yours And it will open up all doors Thought’s all that activates this gland But you must do it with your hand It is pretty easy to do And it will not make you feel Blue Your brain contains two of these glands That you activate with your hands Only by using your fingers Imagination that lingers This is what the instructions are I cannot keep them in the jar Or either within my old car So, here’s what the instructions are: Close your eyes and put your second (long) fingers on the outer corners of each of your eyes. Now place your thumbs in your ear openings. Imagine a straight line running between your left second finger and left thumb (on the left side of your head) and another straight line between your right second finger (on the right side of your head). Take your index fingers and move them until they feel like they are on those imaginary lines, exactly half-way between your thumbs and your second fingers. Tap your temples gently with your index fingers on those half-way spots (this will probably be right at or just above your cheekbones). Now envision two small almonds at those very spots but moved in one inch in from the left side and the other one inch in from the right side. Next, imagine you are lightly brushing the front end of both almonds with two small feathers… imagine you are lightly tickling your amygdala. This tickling automatically causes your amygdala to click forward. That’s all there is to it! Amygdala = two small glands in your brain, right and left ones This simple thing will activate These glands for you that radiate Dreams you may want to activate And bring within your active state. You should do this each, everyday It keeps you rightly on your way To that place you do want to play It makes you HAPPY in this fray You’ll know that it’s working for you ’Cause it does not make you feel blue Causes you to smile, maybe laugh And opens all on your behalf What is the purpose of all this? Creativity/Awareness Is the device that you will gain That you will place upon your train FINIS Written December 10th, 2001 © on Dec 10 2001 03:07 PM PST, Dennis Pickering   17 • 0 • 12
