Honeymoon Magic (Challenge Poem)
By easybake
The wedding and receiption have ended, The plane will soon have decended. The honeymoon has just begun, Two separate lives have been made one. Vacations, hotels have been done before, But this one special, You carry me through the door. The honeymoon has just begun, Two separate lives have been made one. You touch my shoulder, your kiss is deep, You carry me to bed, as my knees have gotten weak. We undress one another, our skin is warm, But under our skin, is a fast brewing storm. Our kisses are deeper, our hands are roaming, Words can't describe, only the moaning. Our bodies entwined, you're love is all I feel, At this exact moment, my breath you steal. We move together, our souls in flight, Never in my life have I felt such pure delight. We've reached to heights beyond the sky, And slowly come down, from our new found high. As we lay, you look deep into me, I've unlocked the door, for only you to see, You are now my husband, my lover, my friend, You are the soulmate, of which God did send. Tomorrow is a new day, never experienced before, Hand in hand, together, we walk through the door. For WE have just begun, Two separate lives, have now been made one.Dreams of a future wedded bliss..... Written March 3rd, 2002 © on Mar 03 2002 02:54 PM PST 0 • 9
