I forgot to dream

Today I forgot to dream My world collapsed into the Dark night, ... of my hardened soul I fell to the ground Smelled dead flowers at your Cold feet Where the perfume lingers Like tombstones amongst...blades Of grass.  I woke into the light Cold, --- felt it embrace Me In the silence you left behind On the morning You left I held the dark In my dead fingers Felt it fall between Dead bones.
