On the corner of 17th Ave & 14th St.
By ecologist
Whirling dervishes they wait in the eddies for the frozen flow of the steel river, to spin and dance as water sprites in tattered, torn clothes. On the corner of 17th ave & 14th St. they cavort with flesh-rending steel monsters, they fly, between angry jaws and salivating teeth. Surviving, they skip to the concrete lined shore, playing tag with crimson waves, waiting for the ebb tide to begin their dance once again.
