The Last Smile

By Einstein on Crack

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

When I reach my deathbed My smile will be preserved Because in life I found a love Much more than I deserved To find that special lover Who fuels you with desire That never seems to ebb away A true eternal fire She is my one true soul mate Someone who shares my dream Who takes me to the places Where I have never been I must thank my Angel For leading me the way To find that special lady Who from my heart won’t stray That’s why upon my ending A smile will be there Caused by all the happiness I felt beyond compare © Andy Harding Written January 12th, 2002 © on Jan 12 2002 12:45 AM PST, Andy Harding   0 • 10
