Unemployed Some people Puff on ventolin. And others sip their friendly gin. I chase dogs on Saturday And keep-me fit and slim. Some people Count-on their money. And others the TV. I meditate on Sunday, And sum-up the Holy See. Some people Ride the iron road. And others motor bikes. I stop home on Monday And fly Grandma’s secret kite. Some people Don’t like Mondays. And always count the minute I live each moment as a gift And Tuesday’s for fun. In it? Some people Sit in armchairs. In offices, others are revolved. I sit down on Wednesday And the world’s problems - solved! Some people Are paid for their sweat. Others for their brain I get paid on Thursdays For signing my name. Some people Get drunk on Friday. Others are never sober. I get drunk whenever I like And I love my life, moreover! Fred Hibbert Written April 16th, 2002 © on Apr 15 2002 10:35 PM PST   18 • 0 • 9
