Children from a tainted Eden...

more than once have I heard that life is never fair much less to the unfortunate in a world deprived of care in a matter of chance not choice they are lesser in being but no softer in voice no lesser in feelings and no lesser in dignity than we are yet much more in living by far each day the challenges they face in all their patience and grace is beyond yours and my comprehension to choose forgiveness and live on to face prejudice and forlorn and narrow-minded apprehension. yet again and again everyday they make the choice to stay and most of all … to live on. now, I challenge you and myself once again to reflect whether it is not us but them who are children from a tainted eden and sadly in my physical ability to conquer I have lost the part of myself That I hold to myself so dear, The very part of me that could only be found In acceptance, forgiveness and vulnerability.
