~A Piece Of You~

~ Leaned back against your knees~ warm and safe in your strong embrace. You're tracing delicate spirals~ upon my energized skin. Lights down low~ comfort in our closeness. You whisper sweetly into my ear~ telling secrets of the future. I stare into your blue eyes~ losing myself in the depth of the orbs. Time reincarnated~ once an enemy, now an ally. A meeting of minds~ melding of kindred hearts. Two become One~ you keep a little piece of me. Lonely void conquered~ I own a piece of you also. Bullet-proof glass~ Protecting our singular soul. ~Dedicated to my sweet boyfriend...you know who you are. What I meant to express in this is the feeling that I recognized in myself that night...I felt as though I would always have a piece of you, wherever we may be. Even at school, I feel your happy presence...GEEZ I'M a moron, hehe. Irish-Moron. I accidentally deleted mine own poem, thank goodness I had saved it elsewhere!
