Being in loveConsumed in passionDragging your hubbyFrom the 70’s fashionPutting up with snoringAfter loving is doneBeing left with the damp patchOh gee now that’s fun!Holding your breathBodily gasses he sharesFeeling sick with the fumesDoes he seem to care?Listening to footieTelling each little ruleTrying to look interestedDid he notice me drool?Picking up cuttingsHe’s left from his feetOh my! there’s a clean oneNow that was a treat.Finding the undiesStrewn on the floorWith all sorts of nasties…I’ll talk of no more !!All of these thingsHave taken years to excelOh I nearly forgotHis feet really smell!!The moral I’m tellingIs all about loveAnd all of the nicetiesThat go hand in glovewritten by a long suffering *perfect* wife, who has NO failings (LOL). I am just so glad that my other half cannot pen a poem about me. Bless his cotton boxers LOL. I must enjoy it though as we are nearing our 13th married year!!!!
