Expectations of a life
How does it feel, To spend you life searching for a dream Then have no time left to live it. Or to have the same dream your whole life, Only to find it was unobtainable. Dreams are dangerous and useless. And what about the 'lucky' few Who live out their dream, What do they do now? Sit and wait for death to take them away? They needed so much for their life to have a goal, For the path to be straight, But why does there need to be a path at all? How about those who set out to find the meaning of life, The greatest unanswerable question of all. Maybe they should first try to find the answer to this, Why does life need a meaning? Why did we think it had a meaning at all? Why do we feel everything needs a purpose? And if it doesn't have a purpose, We create one for it. Why does everything have to be so structured? Cars need roads You need wings to fly actions need consequences There needs always a group of people, To tell us what to do and think. And according to this same structured society, Every life needs a goal. Achieve this goal Or become a failure to the one person that matters, Yourself. Dreams Are dangerous And useless.
